Restaurante Hortus

The meeting of two worlds in an Andalusian kitchen

We are defined by the search for origins and the luxury of having our own Garden.

In the 15th century, several monks from the Monastery undertook an evangelization trip to California and San Francisco. They brought with them two varieties of oranges that gave rise to the California Orange. Upon their return they brought with them fruits from the New World such as melons and watermelons.

Our Restaurant celebrates this historic exchange of flavors. Our menu is developed with fruits, vegetables and aromatic herbs collected daily from our garden. The environment and the mountains that surround us allow us to prepare hunting season dishes. Enjoy our menu and the freshness of its ingredients in an elegant and cozy atmosphere.

Own the experience. If you want to collect products from the garden that we will then cook for you, do not hesitate to consult with our concierge.
